Experience, skills and prior employment are of some importance.  Desire, integrity, and a love for the art of small buildings are essential.

Mark Schmidt, Designer is preparing to develop a series of riverside residences.  These homes range in size from 2,000 to 3,000 square feet.  The craftsmen styled lodges front on one of Oregon's pristine steelhead trout streams.
